Gen 3 Dynamics is based in Lubbock, Texas. We design, build and support sensing and monitoring systems for cotton gins.
What we do
Instrument the things that decide a season
A gin runs on judgement calls made quickly, often on incomplete information. How wet is this module. Is that stand running hotter than it was an hour ago. The cost of getting either one wrong is measured in grades, in downtime, or in a fire.
Our products exist to turn those judgement calls into readings. TheMS-1 puts a moisture number on every bale and on the modules coming in. The TS-1 watches gin saw temperatures continuously and ejects a stand automatically when it crosses the line.
Both are built to the same standard: survive the environment, talk to the PLC that is already there, stay usable by the person standing at the machine, and keep improving after installation through remote updates.
