What we do
Instrument the things that decide a season
A gin runs on judgment calls made quickly, often on incomplete information. How wet is this module. Is that stand running hotter than it was an hour ago. The cost of getting either one wrong is measured in grades, in downtime, or in a fire.
Our products exist to turn those judgment calls into readings. The MS-1 reads moisture on the cotton coming in at the module feeder and records a figure for every bale going out. The TS-1 watches gin saw temperature continuously and signals the plant while a stand is heating up, ahead of the spark detection that catches what has already started.
Both are built the same way: survive the environment, hand their readings to the control system already running the gin, stay reachable from any browser on the plant network, and keep improving after installation through remote updates.
